The splendid showcase and highlights of Ghana’s Makeup Industry and Hair Styling Industry at the State Banquet and Fashion Show for Their Royal Highnesses, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, made a huge impression during their visit to Ghana this November. This glamorous event organized by GUBA (Ghana UK Based Achievement) Enterprise, was one of the many held to celebrate Ghanaian culture, as well as reaffirm the commonwealth relationship between the United Kingdom and Ghana.

Makeup Ghana, the industry advocate for Colour Cosmetics in Ghana, coordinated a team of eleven (11) of the country’s best makeup artists and First Choice Hair and Beauty, a prominent hair-styling institution, for all the brilliant runway looks.

Sandra Don-Arthur, Ghana’s reigning Makeup Artist of the Year, was the Key Makeup Artist leading the team backstage as they worked hand-in-hand with exceptional fashion designers like Duaba Serwa, Christie Brown, M&K Chocolate by Kweku Bediako, Pistis, Velma’s Millinery and Accessories, Ozwald Boateng and Adrien Sauvage (House A Sauvage).
